These are official firmware translations from the M3 Team. They work only on English M3s, except for the Thai version (which I'm not sure what it works on):

[edit] Notes on firmware options

  • Force R/W: Some newer NDS games check to see if they are running from Slot 2 instead of Slot 1. This option overrides that check and allows those games to run. However, don't use this option unless the game requires it, because it adds additional processing load and potential instability.

Freeware utility that sorts your CF/SD cards files and directories in alphabetical order. Made by Christian Swahn.

A generic patcher for commercial DS roms that works with any GBA Flash Card. It's limited to roms that are 256Mbit or smaller (with a few exceptions). Works with some roms that the M3 converter doesn't work with.

Just like NDS Patcher, LoadMe is a generic patcher for commercial DS roms that works with any GBA Flash Card. Works with some roms that the M3 converter doesn't work with.

PassKey 2 is an update of the original PassKey. This model, manufactured by M3adapter, it's compatible with all Nintendo DS available today. It's easy to program & update with your Nintendo DS/GBA and does not need to be connected to your PC.

Post past firmware versions.

DO NOT put these updates on your M3 unless you are attempting to fix something, or in the case of E02, if you wish to play heretic.

DO NOT PUT CF UPDATES ON SD M3's OR VICE VERSA - IT WILL BRICK YOUR DEVICE.
