M3 Forums - Forum went down recently, and was replaced (note the addition of an "S" and the new extention ".net"). Not very much information right now.

Drunken Coders - Drunken Coders site, a site with daily news on DS, GBA, Super Nintendo, and Wonderswan homebrew.

DCEmu NDS Site - DCemu NDS site, possibly the best for the NDS enthusiast.

Pocket Heaven Forums - Forums with discussion on most emulators on the DS or GBA, including Goomba (Color), PocketNES, SMS Advance, nesDS, and snesDS.

Passme - Natrium42's Passme site - Based off of the first DS passthrough made by DarkFader using an FPGA dev kit.

WiFiMe - Wireless Multiboot - Exploits a bug in the original firmware's DS Download Play functionality, allowing the user to run unsigned homebrew DS code.
